OTIUM NXT. PVC
The OTIUM NXT collection shows that a floor can be more than just a surface. The ultra-matt top layer catches the light without shining and emphasises the natural texture of every decor.
More matt than matt: the PVC floor that radiates warmth and luxury.
100% waterproof
The floor is 100% waterproof, making it perfect for every room in the house, including the bathroom or kitchen.
Suitable for underfloor heating and cooling
PVC conducts heat excellently and feels naturally pleasant. Ideal in combination with underfloor heating and underfloor cooling.
Quiet and comfortable
PVC has a soft, sound-absorbing structure. This ensures calm acoustics and a comfortable feel underfoot.
Easy to maintain
A quick vacuum or a damp mop and your floor looks like new again. PVC is hygienic and easy to keep clean.
Hard-wearing and strong
Thanks to the robust top layer, this floor resists scratches, stains and intensive use. Also suitable for high-traffic areas.
