Osmo Hout impregnering WR aqua Outside 4019 Aqua 0,75L

Osmo Wood Impregnation WR Aqua 4019 is a clear, ready-to-use, water-based wood impregnation. It is suitable for protecting outdoor wood that is not in direct contact with the ground. The impregnation protects against pests such as mould and wood rot and, uniquely, Osmo WR Aqua 4019 reduces swelling and shrinking of the wood. The product has almost no odour during application and is odourless when dry.

Wood impregnation protects against wood rot and wood-staining fungi on all outdoor wood such as windows, shutters, pergolas, fences, wooden cladding and garden furniture. The product cannot be used indoors, except for exterior window frames and exterior doors. Osmo WR Wood Impregnation Aqua 4019 is not a top coat. On untreated wood, a finishing treatment is needed within three months (for example with Osmo Natural Oil Stain or Country Colour).

Drying time
Approx. 24 hours (normal climatic conditions, 23 °C/50% rel. humidity). Ventilate well during drying. Lower temperatures and/or higher humidity can extend drying times.

Available sizes: 0.75 L and 2.5 L

1 L is enough for approx. 5-6 m² per coat

Instructions for use

1. Stir the product well for 2 minutes. After opening the tin, the oil and wax are separated. Always test on the surface first to check that the result has the desired effect.

2. Apply the first coat of Wood Impregnation with a brush or floor brush to the new or sanded wood, on all sides of the wood if possible. Spraying is also possible.

3. Apply the product evenly for the best result. Application conditions: above 5 °C / relative humidity below 80%.

4. Once dry, finish the wood with an Osmo outdoor oil, for example Osmo Natural Oil Stain or Country Colour.
