• Gel-like special cleaner, developed to clean and refresh greyed outdoor wood.
• Power-Gel Wood Reviver does not drip, so it is easy to apply – even on vertical surfaces. The deep action of the gel removes the grey patina and, after oiling, restores the warm colour of the wood.
• Osmo Power-Gel removes greying and green deposits. The product is biodegradable and free from solvents, formaldehyde, chlorine compounds and amines.

Wood Reviver (Osmo Power-Gel)

Osmo Power-Gel was specially developed for cleaning and de-greying outdoor wood. De-greying brings back the original colour of the wood. The cleaner removes the grey layer that has formed over the years due to UV radiation. Osmo Power-Gel (Wood Reviver) also cleans green deposits on outdoor wood, removing algae and moss. The Wood Reviver does not drip, so it can be used on both vertical and horizontal parts: fences, terraces, façades, garden furniture and all other greyed outdoor wood. Power-Gel is easy for anyone to apply. Thanks to the powerful action of the gel, the grey layer is removed and, after applying a new Osmo outdoor product, the warm colour of the wood is restored.

The 2.5 L Power-Gel is the only size that includes a stiff decking brush. The other sizes do not include a stiff brush.

De-greying and treating wood

After treatment with Power-Gel, we recommend protecting the wood again by treating the surface with Osmo outdoor products. Suitable products are: Decking Oil, Natural Oil Stain or UV Protection Oil. Natural Oil Stain and Decking Oil are suitable for all outdoor wood, such as terraces, fences and façades. UV Protection Oil is only intended for vertical wood, such as fences, beams and façades. For an opaque product, consider Osmo Country Colour.

De-greying wood with a pressure washer

Never clean wood with a pressure washer. A pressure washer damages the soft parts of the wood. After cleaning with a pressure washer, the damaged wood absorbs moisture more easily, so it turns green and rots faster.

Cleaning wooden garden furniture

Cleaning wooden garden furniture is not many people's favourite job. But with Osmo Power-Gel (Wood Reviver), garden furniture including the table looks as good as new again. After treatment with Power-Gel, you can treat the garden furniture with Decking Oil or Natural Oil Stain, depending on the look you want. Check whether your preferred colour is in the range of either product. Is it not? Then contact us and we will discuss the options.

Always test Power-Gel first in an inconspicuous place to check that the product works as you want.

Please note: if greyed wood has already been treated in the past without being de-greyed, Power-Gel may work less well. This is because the wood is then sealed and Power-Gel cannot reach the wood properly to de-grey it.

1 L is enough for approx. 10-20 m² per treatment. The number of treatments depends strongly on the greying and soiling of the surface.
