Instructions for use

1. Stir Hardwax-Oil Express well for 2 minutes. After opening the tin, the oil and wax are separated. Add the Hardener to Hardwax-Oil Express to shorten the drying time to 1-2 hours. Always test on the surface first to check that the result has the desired effect.

2. Apply the first coat of Hardwax-Oil Express with a roller or floor brush to the new or sanded wood.

3. Mistakes made during application can be corrected on the wet surface up to 15 minutes afterwards, such as roller marks or brush hairs.

4. Drying of the first coat takes about 1-2 hours (at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity). At lower temperatures or higher humidity, drying takes longer. Always ensure good ventilation, with windows and doors open.

5. Apply the second finishing coat in the same way as the first coat.

Please note: after adding the Hardener to Hardwax-Oil Express, the Hardwax-Oil cannot be kept for more than 90 minutes.

Note: the 0.15 L Hardener is exactly enough for 2.5 L Hardwax-Oil Express. If you want to use less Hardwax-Oil, add 6% Hardener to the product. The pot life after adding the Hardener is 90 minutes.
