Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner is very suitable for refreshing worn areas that have appeared over time. The product was specially developed for wooden surfaces treated with Osmo.
When worn areas appear, we recommend treating them 2 to 3 times a year.
Osmo tip: for simple, effective application, the Osmo Floor Cleaning Set is the right tool.
Cleaning the surface
We strongly recommend also using Wisch-Fix with Liquid Wax Cleaner to clean the wooden surface.
Liquid Wax Cleaner variants
Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner is available in Clear and White.
Clear Liquid Wax Cleaner 3029 is suitable for surfaces treated with clear Hardwax-Oil Original as the top coat.
Liquid Wax Cleaner 3087 is suitable for surfaces treated with a White Wash or with a top coat of Hardwax-Oil White.
Renovating a floor
If you want to give the treated floor a new protective layer, take a look at the Osmo Renovation Bundle. This bundle is suitable for renovating surfaces already treated with Osmo without sanding.

The product is suitable for removing stubborn stains and refreshing worn areas on wooden surfaces treated with Osmo Hardwax-Oil or TopOil.
If worn areas have appeared on the wood, we recommend treating them two to three times a year. The Maintenance Wax is often first used after about 2 years.
No, it is a ready-to-use product.
For simple, effective application, the Osmo Floor Cleaning Set is the right tool. The microfibre cloth in this set can be used to apply the product. You can also apply the Maintenance Wax with the fleece pad or a lint-free cloth.
The Fleece Pad can be attached to the Osmo Hinged Pad Holder + Telescopic Handle, so you can work standing up.
You can also apply the Maintenance Wax by hand with the Fleece Pad + Hand Pad Holder.
Apply about 2 teaspoons per m² with a microfibre cloth, lint-free cloth or single-disc machine (white pad). Then spread the product over the wooden surface. It is important to apply the product very thinly. After application, let it dry for 30 to 40 minutes with good ventilation.
No, Liquid Wax Cleaner is not a base treatment and must be applied to wood treated with (Osmo) products.
The product was specially developed to refresh floors treated with Osmo. Floors treated with another oil or wax can often be treated with the Maintenance Wax as well. We do always advise testing this first.
